This job opportunity is a full-time position. Anticipated schedule of work hours is from 2:00 am to 9:00 am for a total of 35 hours per week, 7 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
Workers are offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday of employment up to the expiration of the contract. Workers will be provided transportation and subsistence while traveling from the worker’s origin to the place of employment as well as return transportation and subsistence to the point of hire at the conclusion of the job opportunity. Workers will not be provided with daily transportation, On-the-Job Training, and Board, Lodging, or other facilities. Workers will be provided without charge or deposit charge, of all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned.

(a) Prepare and cook large quantities of food for schools and other large venue setting.
(b) Clean, cut, and cook meat, fish, or poultry, bake bread, rolls and other pastries in large quantities following menus in compliance with applicable food safety standards.
(c) Preparing menus that are varied, nutritionally balanced, and appetizing, considering special dietary or nutritional restrictions, number of portions to be served and taking advantage of foods in season and local availability.
(d) Wash pots, pans, dishes, utensils, other kitchen equipment. Inspect gallery equipment, kitchen appliances, and work areas to ensure cleanliness, functional operation and compliance with industry standards. Inventory and requisition, as needed, food supplies, kitchen equipment and appliances.
(e) Compile and maintain daily records of food and ingredients use and consumption.
(f) Provide guidance and train, as needed, to one or more food service workers who assist in preparing and serving meals.
(g) Train food preparation of food service personnel. Prepares requisition of food supplies, kitchen equipment, and appliances, based on estimates of future needs. May perform other related duties as assigned.
